• Getting set up is simple: All you have to do is (1) agree to the terms below and then (2) create and (3) share your unique affiliate link. There are no forms to submit for approval nor e-mails to verify.

First Things First

• You must have a PayPal account.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must use a specific affliate URL.

The Affiliate URL

Creating and sharing your affiliate URL indicates your acceptance of these terms. And it couldn't be easier. Simply add your PayPal e-mail address to the end of http://www.justoutsourcing.com/.

Example: http://www.justoutsourcing.com/myname@paypal.com

That's it!

Place your unique affiliate URL onto your website, in e-mails, blogs, social networking posts, or similar campaigns from an account that's registered in your name and that you're authorized to use. When an affiliate URL is opened, the visitor's IP address and your PayPal e-mail address are saved to a database forever.

That way, when a visitor (finally) makes a purchase, Just Outsourcing will match the customer's IP address with your recorded Paypal e-mail address to ensure you get a commission.

Is that easy or what?!

Now, About Those Commissions

For each person who visits the site through your unique affiliate URL and who buys First Draft, you'll receive a 25% commission through PayPal. You can track your affiliate commissions by logging into your PayPal account. That type of information is not stored on the Just Outsourcing server.

Commissions are issued about one (1) week after an order has been fulfilled. If for any reason this agreement is terminated prior to a commission being due, no commission will be issued.

NOTE: Your participation certifies that you are not employed by Just Outsourcing and are free to set your own work schedule.

THIS IS IMPORTANT: Don't Do Any of This Stuff

• Don't send unauthorized (unsolicited commercial) e-mails or use any illegal method of advertising to promote Just Outsourcing or First Draft.
• Don't display the affiliate URL in any way that disparages or creates a derogatory or negative image of Just Outsourcing or First Draft.
• Don't make any false or misleading representations relating to Just Outsourcing or First Draft, or engage in any other practices that could harm the reputation of Just Outsourcing or First Draft.
• Don't display the affiliate URL or any content in a manner that contains or promotes (a) illegal activities or (b) content that is misleading, deceptive, or violates any third-party intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any kind.
• Don't advertise Just Outsourcing or First Draft with content associated with vulgar, racist, sexual, or otherwise offensive material.
• Don't change or alter the Just Outsourcing or First Draft logo.
• Don't promote Just Outsourcing or First Draft on coupon sites.
• Don't purchase or use domain names containing any of Just Outsourcing's or First Draft's trademarks, including domain names that combine Just Outsourcing or First Draft trademarks with one or more additional words, letters, numbers, or other characters, or domain names containing any misspelling or other confusingly similar variation of any Just Outsourcing or First Draft trademark.
• Don't engage in clickjacking, linkjacking, typosquatting or any sort of domain spoofing methods.
• Dont use pixel, cookie stuffing or any other type of cookie stuffing.
• Don't send traffic that was generated generated by pay to read, PPC (pay to click), banner exchanges, click exchanges, PPV advertising, pop-up/under, or similar methods.

Canceling

You can cancel your involvement with the affiliate program by (1) deleting the program's promotional materials, (2) deleting your affiliate URL from your texts, and (3) sending an e-mail message to support.

Note that Just Outsourcing reserves the right to terminate accounts or the entire affiliate program at any time for any reason. Upon notice from Just Outsourcing, you must immediately remove all references to Just Outsourcing and First Draft including names, logos, trademarks, service marks and any other identifying material.

Security

You are responsible for keeping your own affilitate information secure. However, you must also notify Just Outsourcing immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your affilitate account. Just Outsourcing will not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your affilitate account, and you'll be liable for any losses to Just Outsourcing or others due to such unauthorized use.

Modifications

Just Outsourcing reserves the right to change, modify, suspend or discontinue this program and this agreement at any time without notice or liability. You are responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Continued use of the affliate program indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions of changes as modified.

Intellectual Property and Private Information

You must not use any of Just Outsourcing's or First Draft's trademarks (1) as part of your own trademarks; (2) in connection with activities, products or services that are not a part of Just Outsourcing; (3) in a manner that may be confusing, misleading or deceptive; (4) or in a manner that disparages Just Outsourcing or its information, products or services.

Just Outsourcing will never reveal any personally identifying information about customers.

Laws & Jurisdiction

You indemnify and hold Just Outsourcing harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Just Outsourcing will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages (or loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this agreement, even if Just Outsourcing has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, Just Outsourcing's aggregate liability arising with respect to this agreement will not exceed the total referral commissions paid or payable.

If a dispute arises between you and Just Outsourcing, the matter may be resolved through traditional dispute resolution procedures, including mediation, arbitration, or litigation. This agreement will be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement must be resolved by a court located in the State of California.

Just Outsourcing at its own discretion may limit or terminate the access to or participation in the Program for any reason.
